Kelly M. Botti is an associate
in the Princeton, N.J. office of
Hill Wallack LLP and a member of the
firm’s Creditors’ Rights/Bankruptcy Practice Group.
Representative Matters:
Ms. Botti concentrates her practice in the representation of financial institutions and borrowers
in all matters of creditors'
rights, including:
- Commercial foreclosures
- Receivership actions
- Commercial litigation
- Representation of secured creditors in bankruptcy cases
In addition, Ms. Botti serves as closing counsel for lending institutions during the bulk loan sale process.

Ms. Botti earned her law degree from Villanova University School of Law. Prior to joining Hill Wallack LLP, she served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Paul A. Kapalko, J.S.C., of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division in Monmouth County. She is a graduate of Loyola University of Maryland.
