Jonathan C. Meyers is a partner of
Hill Wallack LLP’s Yardley, Pa. office and a member of the firm’s
Litigation Division and Workers’ Compensation Practice Group. Mr. Meyers limits his practice to the defense of employers, self-insured’s and insurance companies against Pennsylvania workers’ compensation claims. He practices before Workers’ Compensation Judges throughout eastern Pennsylvania.
Representative Matters
- Mr. Meyers has developed and maintained efficient and cost-effective workers’ compensation programs, while aggressively defending his clients’ rights where appropriate.
Leadership
- Mr. Meyers was selected for inclusion in the 2006 edition of Philadelphia Magazine “Pennsylvania Super Lawyer - Rising Stars,” a listing of attorneys in the Commonwealth who are 40 years of age or younger or have been practicing for less than 10 years.
Mr. Meyers is admitted to practice before the State Court of Pennsylvania. He is an active member of the Pennsylvania and Bucks County Bar Associations. Mr. Meyers frequently lectures to professional organizations regarding their workers’ compensation issues, including risk management and defense litigation strategies. He earned his law degree from Temple University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Villanova University. Mr. Meyers is a lifelong resident of Bucks County, PA.
