- Counsel to municipalities, public agencies and boards in various municipal, employment and regulatory compliance matters
- Defending prosecutors and municipalities related to Title 59 claims
She is admitted to practice in New Jersey (2003), the United States District Court, District of New Jersey (2006) and New York (2003). Ms. Schwartz earned her law degree, with honors, from Seton Hall University School of Law. Prior to joining Hill Wallack LLP, Ms. Schwartz served a Judicial Clerkship in the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey with the Honorable James M. Havey, P.J.A.D., in Toms River, New Jersey. She is an honors graduate of the University of Pittsburgh.
