Kenneth A. Skroumbelos is an associate in the Princeton, N.J. office of

Mr. Skroumbelos has:
- Appeared before the New Jersey Superior Court, New Jersey Office of Administrative Law, Public
Employment Relations Commission, and Division on Civil Rights on behalf of clients
- Represented boards of education and boards of trustees in complex tenure and labor association grievance matters
- Represented prosecutors and law enforcement officials in the Civil and Appellate Divisions of the New Jersey Superior Court and at the federal level in the United States District Court of New Jersey
- Successfully argued for the vacation of arbitration awards in the Superior Court of New Jersey
In addition, Mr. Skroumbelos:
- Provides legal guidance to clients when making difficult employment and contractual decisions
- Advises clients on the legal ramifications of various employment actions, litigation strategies and settlement options
Mr. Skroumbelos is admitted to practice law in New Jersey (2005) and Pennsylvania (2005). He earned his law degree
cum laude from Rutgers University School of Law and is a graduate of Richard J. Stockton College of New Jersey. Following law school, Mr. Skroumbelos served as Assistant County Counsel with the Mercer County Counsel’s office in Trenton, N.J.
